Since becoming a part of the CET Group, CET Calibration has been pursuing a programme of continuous improvement, with the emphasis on increasing the range and quality of services we deliver to our customers.
In recent months, we have increased both our on-site and laboratory capacities, increased the size of our vehicle fleet and expanded our free delivery and collection service.
These enhancements have been reinforced by the introduction of new systems, processes and personnel. The net result is that we are now able to offer a guaranteed 5 working day turnaround for laboratory calibrations.
The arrival of Chris Locke as Operations Director and Lee Urry as Senior Calibration Engineer has been instrumental in the process improvements and given CET Calibration a new strategic direction.
Improvements to our Calibration Management Information System (MIS) have also contributed to process efficiencies. The MIS contains details of more than 10,000 processes, covering all the equipment we calibrate.
It places a wealth of information at our fingertips; including job tracking, pricing, delivery schedules and a 7-year transaction history.
The new 5 working day turnaround is our standard service and has been well received by our current customers. Priority services are still available with shorter turnaround times for your critical calibration requirements.
