Just over two years ago CET Calibration opened itself to a new way of working and hired its first apprentice, embracing the challenge of addressing the skills shortage within the calibration trade.
The move is one CET Calibration is very proud to have made – developing qualified engineers for the future – and it has proven very successful for the company.
The first Dimensional Apprentice at CET Calibration, Louis Chadwick, has recently received rave reviews from our latest UKAS audit accessors and we couldn’t be prouder.
CET is dedicated to developing all its employees and its apprentices throughout its businesses. As a company, we are keen to address the seemingly increasing technical gaps and skills shortage within the calibration trades, engineering and the technical service sectors.
CET Calibration is a company with great ambition and nurturing a high calibre workforce is vital to our future. Working with our skilled and experienced staff our apprentices enjoy not only high-quality training but real hands-on experience. CET apprentices are able to grow with us and our clients, enabling us as a company to provide a fully dedicated and personal service.
We at CET would like to thank our apprentices for all of their hard work and dedication in helping us continue to give our all.
